Bradley joins Tigers until 2021

MapSports Kane Bradley has joined the Wests Tigers for the next 3 seasons. Bradley who is from the Bass Hill region of Sydney, started his junior rep career with the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Matthews Cup team, before having a break out SG Ball season with the St George Dragons in 2018, that culminated with him being drafted into the NSW 18's extended squad earlier in the year. The talented edge back rower who stands 195cm and weighs 102kg has begun training with his new club ahead of joining the fulltime squad in November 2018.

Commenting on his decision to join the Tigers Bradley said, "It was a very difficult decision to make, as I had enjoyed my time with the Dragons and they presented a strong proposal for me to stay. In the wash up the chance to begin my journey straight away coupled with the proximity of my University studies to training and where I live was a deciding factor for me. I certainly appreciated Ivan Cleary taking the time to meet with me during the process, it added a lot of weight to the Tigers opportunity when making my final decision. I am gearing up now to be ready for November, so I can be as competitive as possible against the projected load of training and also my new teamates."

When speaking with the Tigers, they made no bones about their excitement in signing Bradley for the next 3 years, "Before signing Kane, we knew we had a kid with belief and strong work ethic, and since arriving here to begin training he has only confirmed that. You dont tend to find players with his height that have his athletic ability, but he has been great since day one. Everyone at the club is looking forward to seeing him develop over the next couple of seasons. He will go into our 20's team next year but if he continues to develop, compete and impress there is a feeling he could push through the grades here and be knocking on the door of the NRL towards the backend of the contract."

Everyone at MapSports wishes Kane well.
