ZANE BIJORAC EXTENDS WITH THE RABBITOHS

13 August 2021

MapSports Zane Bijorac has extended his stay with the South Sydney Rabbitohs until the end of 2022.
The powerful outside back has had some outstanding games in both the Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup competitions in 2021 before COVID19 shut down the competitions.
Originally from Queanbeyan, Bijorac began his career in the local competition before rising through the ranks, playing rep football for the Monaro Colts as a youngster.
After travelling to Europe to compete in the Euro19’s competition for Serbia, where he was named player of the tournament, Bijorac was invited to trial with South Sydney and was offered an opportunity immediately.
Juggling the move to Sydney with the travel back to Queanbeyan during lockdowns has been difficult, but as a sign of his attitude and drive to be successful, Zane has continued to push forward in his quest to play top line Rugby League.
Everyone at MapSports wishes Zane the very best for next season.
