MapSports’ Jesse Milin has agreed to terms with the Canberra Raiders until the end of the 2028 season. The local junior has grown his game exponentially over the past couple of seasons.
Combining a huge frame and engine with powerful tackle breaking abilities, Milin—who played in the Monaro Colts Championship team as an 18-year-old—was selected for the Country 18’s team. After a strong start to the SG Ball season he underwent shoulder surgery.
After a successful but disruptive 2025 Milin set out to make up for lost time in 2026. He started the year in the Jersey Flegg team, but after 5 dominant games, he was pushed up to the NSW Cup team, where he immediately set about, going to work and imposing his style at the next level. After the team won 8 of their next 10 games, Jesse’s efforts were recognised and rewarded with an extension that sees him join the NRL Squad on a permanent basis.
Wishing Jesse all the best over the next couple of seasons.
