Moriarty Re-Signs with Roosters until 2025.

23 August 2023

MapSports Tyler Moriarty has penned a two extension with the Sydney Roosters this week that will see the Central Coast Junior join the NRL Top 30 Squad for the next 2 seasons.

Moriarty who is currently rehabbing an injury was thrilled with the development after a busy 2022 that saw him push through the SG Ball team into the Jersey Flegg side, debut with the NSW Cup team and represent his state at the U/19’s level.
Discussing his signing, Moriarty added “Its great to know the club have faith in me and I am looking forward to repaying that faith with a big preseason and establishing myself within the squad and paying attention to some of the players that have been there and done it for a lot longer than me. it’s also very exciting to get to train under a coaching staff like we have, every single day and if I keep putting in the work hopefully I will get rewarded with an opportunity to play.”
A spokesperson for the Roosters commented that “Tyler has been in our system for a while now and has progressed really well to this point. We are looking forward to see how he progresses through the next phase of his development.”
